Diving

Thresher sharks at dawn, sardine shoals off the shore and Second World War wrecks: some of Asia's best diving.

The Philippines sits at the heart of the Coral Triangle, and the diving matches the reputation. Malapascua is one of very few places where thresher sharks are seen regularly, at a cleaning station shortly after dawn. Moalboal has a sardine shoal you can snorkel from the beach. Coron's bays hold a fleet of Japanese wrecks from 1944.

We plan dive trips with the logistics in mind: no flying within 18 to 24 hours of your last dive, realistic transfer times between dive towns, and dive centres matched to your level and certification. Non-divers are covered too: most of these places have very good snorkelling and plenty to do on land.
