Inside Wellness

Wellness journeys in the Philippines: slow mornings, warm sea, nothing to organise.

Traditional hilot massage with warm coconut oil, morning yoga by the water, and resorts designed for quiet. We plan wellness journeys with fewer moves, longer stays and private transfers, so the rest actually happens.

Routes we would take ourselves.

Why Inside Philippines

We live here, and we plan every trip on the ground.

Local knowledge

We know the Philippines firsthand: the routes, the seasons, the places that have changed and the ones that haven't.

Tailor-made

Every journey can be built around you: your dates, your pace, your budget, your idea of a good day.

One journey, one team

We coordinate hotels, domestic flights, ferries, transfers and experiences as one plan, not a pile of bookings.

Local support

We are here while you travel. If a flight moves or the sea changes its mind, we handle it.

Curated experiences

We only recommend places we genuinely believe are worth your time, and we tell you which ones aren't.

Better logistics

The right islands matter. So does connecting them intelligently, in the right order, in the right season.

Questions travellers ask

1. What is hilot?

Hilot is the traditional Filipino healing massage, using warm coconut oil and often banana leaves. It's gentle but thorough, and a good introduction to local wellness.

2. Can therapists be same-gender?

In most resorts, yes, with notice. We request it in advance and confirm before you arrive.

3. Is it suitable as a family trip?

Yes. We choose resorts where adults can rest while children are looked after, with calm beaches and short transfers.
