How Much Does a Trip to the Philippines Cost?

Real from-prices for tailor-made Philippines trips, what they include, what changes the price, and simple ways to get more from your budget.

Updated October 25, 2026

It is the first question almost everyone asks, and a fair one. The honest answer is that a trip to the Philippines can suit very different budgets, from simple and well-chosen to private-island luxury. Here is how pricing works with us, with real examples from our journeys.

The two parts of the budget

Every trip has two parts. The first is your international flight to Manila or Cebu, which depends on where you fly from, the season and how early you book. Our prices do not include it, but we are happy to advise on routes and timings.

The second part is everything once you land: domestic flights and ferries, hotels, transfers, boat days and guides. That is what our journey prices cover.

Real examples

All prices are from-prices per person, based on two people sharing, excluding international flights. The final price depends on your dates, hotels and room availability.

  • Bohol Beach Escape, 6 days: from €1,100.
  • Visayas on a Budget, 12 days: from €1,300.
  • Essential Palawan, 9 days: from €1,400.
  • Ten Days, Two Islands, 10 days: from €1,700.
  • Island Classics, 14 days: from €2,300 in Essential, up to from €9,800 in Signature.
  • Honeymoon Inside Philippines, 12 days: from €3,900.

The four comfort levels

  • Essential: well-located hotels with character, shared transfers and group tours with a local guide.
  • Boutique: design-led boutique hotels, private transfers and a private boat on one day per island.
  • Premium: five-star resorts and villas, private boats and guides on every tour day, and dinner at a top-rated restaurant in every destination.
  • Signature: private-island resorts, your own boat and crew, and charter flights where they save time.

What is included

Depending on the level, our journeys include hotels, domestic flights and ferries with checked baggage, transfers, tours and boat days, entrance fees, and 24/7 support by WhatsApp. Every journey includes travel insurance with €2,000 cancellation cover.

Not included: international flights, most meals outside tour days, drinks, tips and personal spending.

What changes the price

  • Season: the Christmas and New Year weeks are the most expensive of the year.
  • Number of islands: each extra island usually adds a domestic flight or ferry and transfers.
  • Private or shared: private boats, guides and transfers cost more, but give you freedom and quiet.
  • Hotel level: the single biggest factor.

How to get more from your budget

  • Choose fewer islands and stay longer in each. You spend less on transport and more time on the beach.
  • Travel outside the peak weeks. Late January to April is dry in most of the west and often better value than Christmas.
  • Spend where it matters to you. A private boat for one special day can feel more luxurious than a more expensive hotel.

Tell us your dates and your budget, and we will design the best trip for it. There is no commitment until you are happy with the plan.
