Private, Custom-Made Trips in the Philippines: How They Work

Private transfers, private boats, your own dates and a route built around you: what a tailor-made Philippines trip includes and how we plan it.

A private, custom-made trip is not just a more expensive version of a package. It is a different way of travelling: a route built around you rather than around a brochure, with your own transfers, your own boats and nobody else's timetable.

What "private" means in practice

  • Private transfers. A driver waiting at every airport and pier, rather than a shared van that stops at six hotels.
  • Private boats. You leave at 7am, reach the lagoons before the crowds and stop for lunch on a beach you choose.
  • Private guides. A local guide for you alone, in Spanish or English, who adapts the day to your pace.
  • Your own dates. You start when you want, stay longer where you are happy and skip what does not interest you.

What "custom" means

We start with questions, not a catalogue. When do you want to travel? Who is coming? Do you prefer beaches, food, diving, culture or doing very little? What is your budget? Then we design a route that fits the season and connects well, and we choose hotels that suit the way you travel.

How the process works

1. You tell us about your trip with the form, on WhatsApp or on a free video call. 2. A travel designer replies personally, usually within one working day. 3. You receive a proposal with the route, hotels and what is included. 4. We adjust it together until it feels right. 5. While you travel, our team is on WhatsApp 24/7.

Is it much more expensive?

Less than people expect. The biggest costs in the Philippines are hotels and domestic flights, and those are the same whether you book privately or not. Private transfers and boats add to the price, but they also save hours on travel days. We show you the options at each level, from Essential to Signature, and you choose where to spend.

Who it suits best

Couples and honeymooners, families with children, friends travelling together, slow travellers, and anyone visiting for the first time who wants it to go smoothly. It also suits experienced travellers who want to reach the places group tours do not go.

Our advice

Tell us the three things that matter most to you on this trip. That is usually enough for us to design a first route.
