Wellness

Slow mornings, yoga by the water, Filipino hilot massage and resorts designed for doing very little, very well.

Wellness here is less clinical than in many destinations and more connected to place. Hilot, the traditional Filipino massage, uses warm coconut oil and banana leaves. Siargao has a strong yoga and breathwork scene with morning classes overlooking the water. A handful of resorts in Palawan and the Visayas are built around spa programmes, healthy kitchens and very quiet grounds.

We design wellness journeys with fewer moves and longer stays, private transfers and gentle days in between: a morning swim, a treatment, an early dinner. If you want a structured retreat, we find one that matches your level. If you simply want to rest well after a hard year, we plan for that too, and keep the itinerary light enough to let it happen.
