Family

Shallow lagoons, short transfers and resorts that like children, with the long travel days taken out.

The Philippines is easy to love with children: Filipinos are warm with kids, the water is warm, and a boat ride is the best part of any day. The hard part is logistics. A route that looks simple on a map can mean a flight, a van and a boat in one afternoon, which is fine at 35 and miserable at 5.

We build family trips around fewer bases and shorter hops, usually two or three places over two weeks. We choose resorts with family rooms or connecting villas, calm swimming beaches and kitchens that will cook plain food without a fuss. Private vans have child seats when you ask, private boats go at your pace, and we keep one empty day in every stop.
