A private boat entering a narrow limestone lagoon in El Nido

Inside Palawan

Palawan, minus the crowded lagoons.

El Nido and Coron are as good as the photographs, if you get the timing right. We plan Palawan with early boats, the right season and the ferry or flight between them, so your days go to limestone and lagoons rather than queues.

Routes we would take ourselves.

Manila • Coron • El Nido • Port Barton • Puerto Princesa

One island, three speeds: Coron's wrecks and lakes, El Nido's lagoons, then Port Barton, where Palawan still feels like a fishing coast. Joined by sea and road, not airports.

Why Inside Philippines

We live here, and we plan every trip on the ground.

Local knowledge

We know the Philippines firsthand: the routes, the seasons, the places that have changed and the ones that haven't.

Tailor-made

Every journey can be built around you: your dates, your pace, your budget, your idea of a good day.

One journey, one team

We coordinate hotels, domestic flights, ferries, transfers and experiences as one plan, not a pile of bookings.

Local support

We are here while you travel. If a flight moves or the sea changes its mind, we handle it.

Curated experiences

We only recommend places we genuinely believe are worth your time, and we tell you which ones aren't.

Better logistics

The right islands matter. So does connecting them intelligently, in the right order, in the right season.

Questions travellers ask

1. El Nido or Coron?

Both, if you have ten days or more. El Nido is about lagoons, beaches and island hopping; Coron is better for wrecks, lakes and snorkelling. With a week, we usually suggest choosing one and doing it properly.

2. When is the best time to go to Palawan?

November to May is the most reliable. June to October brings the southwest monsoon: fewer people and lower rates, but some boat days are cancelled. We plan buffers if you travel then.

3. How long does it take to get between El Nido and Coron?

The fast ferry takes around four hours and depends on the sea. There are also short flights on some days. We choose the option that suits the season and your schedule.
