15 DAYS
Puerto Princesa • El Nido • Bohol • Boracay
Palawan, Bohol and Boracay
The classic first trip: the Underground River and El Nido in Palawan, Bohol's hills and turtles, then Boracay's White Beach. Four islands in fifteen days, with sensible connections.
If you have two weeks and this is your first time, this is the route that shows the most variety without turning into a race. Palawan gives you the Underground River and the lagoons of El Nido. Bohol, reached by a direct flight from El Nido to Cebu and a fast ferry, brings rivers, hills and turtles. Boracay ends the trip with one of the world's great beaches, good restaurants and sailing at sunset.
We have avoided routing through Manila wherever possible: El Nido connects directly to Cebu, and Cebu to Boracay. Every island has at least one free day. As always, this is a starting point: swap Boracay for Siargao for a more relaxed surf-town ending, or drop Puerto Princesa and fly straight into El Nido.

Questions travellers ask
1. Is four islands too many for fifteen days?
It is the most we would suggest, and only because the connections are direct. Each island has at least one free day.
2. Can I swap Boracay for Siargao?
Yes. Siargao is quieter and greener, with a surf-town feel. It means a flight via Cebu or Manila instead of Caticlan.
